CrashAid operates crashaid.co as a free referral service for people asking about Florida car accidents, and as a way for Florida-licensed attorneys to ask about joining a referral network. Using the site means you agree to these terms.

Not a law firm

CrashAid is not a law firm. Nothing on this site is legal advice. Submitting a form, using the chat, or reading an article does not create an attorney-client relationship with CrashAid or with any attorney.

A participating attorney is not your lawyer unless you and that attorney separately agree to a representation. Attorneys are responsible for their own advice, fees, and advertising.

No promise of a match or a result

Submitting a request does not guarantee that an attorney will accept a case, contact you within a set time, or obtain any result. Case outcomes depend on the facts. There is no fee charged by CrashAid to the person requesting a referral.

Who the site is for

Accident requests are for Florida residents asking about accidents connected to Florida. Attorney applications are for lawyers licensed in Florida. You agree that the information you submit is yours to share and is accurate to the best of your knowledge.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the forms, attempt to break the site, or submit someone else's information without authority. We may refuse or delete a submission that looks abusive or incomplete.
