Two Clearwater court addresses
The Clearwater Courthouse is at 315 Court Street, Clearwater, FL 33756. The Pinellas County Justice Center is at 14250 49th Street North, Clearwater, FL 33762. They serve different functions. Use the Sixth Circuit site, jud6.org, to see which building matches the type of hearing.
Palm Harbor and other north Pinellas communities use these same county buildings. There is not a separate Palm Harbor courthouse.
US 19 is a landmark, not a cited crash study
US 19 runs through Clearwater and is the road many people use to describe a north-south crash. Gulf-to-Bay Boulevard (SR 60) is the main east-west road toward Tampa. This page does not have a cited crash study for either road, so it does not rank them.
If a motorcycle was involved, Florida treats motorcycles differently from passenger-car PIP. The motorcycle page explains that at a high level and links the longer article.
